Happy New Year everyone and Welcome 2020!
It's that time of year when we reflect on what has past and what to look forward. As we move forward, may you take the time to reflect upon and acknowledge your accomplishments, your dreams and those who matter most to you in your life.
We find ourselves reflecting on the past year and on those who have helped us shape our business in a most significant way. We value our relationship with you and look forward to working with you in the year to come. This is only the beginning of our small business. We will continue to flourish and grow. We are so proud of what we've accomplished in such a short amount of time - 7 months since we’ve officially launched! We are working hard to improve our services and of course, better serve you and your pups!
Here are a few main highlights of 2019:
- Officially launched Pupwash911 in May
- Interview with Jax & Bones and VoyageLA
- Attended two popular grooming conventions: Groom Expo West, Pasadena + SuperZoo, Las Vegas
- Further my grooming education via webinars + books
- First time vendor at Diamond Bar’s Halloween Event for kids and pups, Pantera Park
- Created a TikTok Account: @pupwash911
- Closed off the year with almost 40 clients (new + repeating!)
What to look forward to in 2020:
- Create a short video banner regarding my services (in process)
- Create a mailing list + newsletter (1-2x/month) for promos, news, and fun facts
- Update my website with a shop tab + improve my gallery tab
- Create more content for social media (fun videos + BTS)
- Blog More
- As always, further my grooming education. Never stop learning.
Whether good or bad, 2019 isn't going to erase any of the problems you may be facing, but the new year brings hope and with it a renewed desire for change. Here’s to a bigger and better year. We wish you a New Year filled with happiness, new adventures, good health, and prosperity!
